Stephen Clark, Major General, USAF (Ret)

Chief Executive Officer

Stephen guides the strategic vision and operations of STL. He serves on the Board of Directors for Education Loan Finance (ELFi) and the Jack and Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation (JAJF.org). Previously he was the Director of Programs for the USAF; SOCOM J8; JSOC Deputy Commanding General; AFSOC A5/8/9, Senior SOF liaison NCTC; Wing, Group and Squadron commander; AC-130H/U pilot.

Dr. Aditi Majumder

Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Majumder is a professor turned entrepreneur. She founded STL as a deeptech company that has its foundations in the work done at her research lab in University of California, Irvine (UCI). In her 18 years of service at UCI, Dr. Majumder has earned the reputation of being an expert in projection based displays, authored 2 books, 50+ publications, 7 patents, 4 best paper awards, and 10+ keynote addresses. She has consulted as the technical advisor for a startup company called Ostendo, Disney Imagineering and Cubic Defense.

Prof. Gopi Meenakshisundaram

Co-Founder and Chief Technical Advisor

Prof. Gopi is the cofounder of STL and currently the Associate Dean for the School of Information and Computer Science (ICS) at the University of California, Irvine. Prof. Gopi provides technical advice for design and development of algorithms. He has been a professor at UCI for 19+ years. He is considered an expert in computer graphics, human computer interaction and has authored 60+ publications, 1 book, multiple best paper awards and 5+ keynotes.

Ms. Bharati Jha

Chief of Software Engineering

Ms. Jha has a Masters degree in Computer Science from UCI and 15+ years of experience in building and managing software in different industries as well as leading and training software teams

Sankar Thiagasamudram

Sankar is the CEO and Co-Founder of Audeze. Audeze is the leader in High-end headphones trusted and used by professional musicians, engineers, audiophiles and gamers. Audeze is also the largest transducer manufacturer in United States. From a bootstrapped startup to a HiFi powerhouse, Audeze has set the standard for quality audio reproduction.

Alexei Sorokin

Alexei Sorokin's career spans investment banking (including Morgan Stanley and other M&A advisory firms), corporate development, entrepreneurship, and private equity. Throughout his career, Alexei has been involved in numerous strategic M&A and capital formation transactions across various industries. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School. After many years in California, Alexei recently relocated to the Research Triangle Area in Raleigh, NC. Alexei currently advises Summit Technology Laboratory on corporate and business development.

Dr. Duy Quoc Lai

Systems Design Engineer

Dr. Lai is a PhD from UCI and has more than 10 years of experience in design and construction of projection based systems, associated hardware and software.

Dr. Muhammad Twaha Ibrahim

Computer Vision Engineer

Mr. Ibrahim completed his PhD in Computer Science at UCI and has extensive experience in building novel computer vision algorithms for projection mapping. His thesis on projection mapping on deformable dynamic surfaces won the best thesis award in UCI Grad Slam competition in 2023.

Alexander Sidenko

Product Engineer

Mr. Sidenko has a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from UCI. He has 5+ years of experience in research and development of projection based interactive systems.

Ranga Sai Shreyas Manchikanti

Computer Vision Engineer

Mr. Manchikanti has Masters Degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from USC and has multi-year experience in research and development of computer vision algorithms.

Abhishek Nalawade

Computer Vision Engineer

Mr. Nalawade has a Masters degree in Robotics from University of Maryland and has launched his career at STL.
